Job Description
We are looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy, enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and increasing customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of current social media trends, the ability to analyze metrics, and experience in developing engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that reflects the Amazon brand voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with our online community to enhance customer interactions and resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to support ongoing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Experiment with paid social media advertising to further extend reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the design team to create impactful visual content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
